Hi,
Could someone please explain to me what's the difference between tnp, tmin and tc related to Prying Action in PArt 9 of AISC Steel Construction Manual (15th Edition). I know that tnp is the thickness that will prevent prying action effects from happening; however, what about tmin and tc?
Thank you.
