I have a psi/sec impulse air blast test result that I would like to equate into a MPH wind load - is there an easy formula for this?

A basic formula used to determine wind load on buildings is as follows:

q = 0.00256V^2

q = velocity pressure, psf
V = wind speed, mph

The constant of 0.00256 is a combination of the mass density of air at standard temperature and pressure and dimensions associated with wind speed of mph.
