PSV Badly pitted issue

Dear Expert,
We have a PSV in dry cl2 service; the vessel is using to suction chiller waste receivers. The contents of service are ccl4, H2SO4, Na2So4, some cl2, some moisture, etc.
The PSV is pitted badly and consequences of leak.
The material of PSV IS, Nozzle and Disc. 316SS—Guide 430ss—Spring Material cs. Size inlet 3inch and out let 4inch
Question is. Could you suggest the batter material and cost-effective to resolve the issues?

Please update with design and operating temperature and pressure conditions. Also, please provide % content of each of the constituent of service fluid.

can you use a rupture disc of a more tolerable metallurgy to protect the PSV from constant exposure?
 
Dimensioning and selecting a correct pressure safety device is both depending on what materials can withstand the fluids, and what difference you can accept between maximum operating pressure and relief pressure. Note. you must also consider the pressure/reacting tolerances of the pressure safety device.

As ehbadger says: Choice 1 (ceaapest) rupture device or rupture devce protected psv.
Choice 2: PSV with wetted parts in fluid resistance materials/exotic materials.
