PT Burden Explanation 1

Eng Tips Family,
Can anyone please help me explain the Standard Burden for VTs(Table 15, IEEE C57.13). Also I have seen VTs with multiple burden ratings. What does that mean? For example, a VT with 0.15-WXYZ.

0.15 WXYZ means 0.15% accuracy from 0-200VA. Z = 200VA
