PT-Slab design Software ( slab on grade) 1

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a good design software for post-tension (slab on grade) slab? we explored ADAPT, they are good but expressive. Someone recommended GTKsoft. I tired to contact with them but no luck.
No one answers their phone. I filed up online order form, had couple of conversation over the email (they replied when the feel like!).They never said they will sell or what to do to get the software!
So,now we are desperately trying to find a good design software with reasonable price. Please help.
