PTC.com website problems

I've been trying to get to the PTC.com site for wfew months and have been unable to get it to load. This seems like an odd question, but I was curious if anyone else had problems with the PTC site?

I wanted to download a new copy of Pro/DESKTOP as well as search the knowledgebase, but I can't seem to get to them.

I've tried on several different computers, from several different ISPs with no luck. (I can see the rest of the web fine.)

That's the response I get from PTC. Not much help.

Does anyone know anything that might cause this? I've tried to ping the site directly with no response.

I go to their site frequently without unusual problems. Sounds like your MIS has blocked the site if you can't even ping it.

I just logged on to it with no problem. Did last week also.
