PTC thermister for VSD motor.

Dear Guru;
my concern is PTC for varispeed motor(VSD application)
,Please anyone advise what min sizing VSD motor required for PTC?
Or which technical basis or international standard mention on this.

It is not "required" at all other than in some explosion proof applications in some countries. It's a good idea, but not a requirement.
