PTC Windchill 10.2 - How to have permission to rename the number label of CAD files

I know that there has been a thread on this subject but it has been closed, without a clear solution.

Well, I would need to change the number parameter of several CAD documents in PTC Windchill 10.2, but at the moment the number renaming field is greyed out.
I know there must be a setting somewhere to change this and grant me the permission to do it, PTC tecnical support told me to change the settings in Policy Administrator for EPMDocuments but it does not work and they seem to not be able to tell me more.

Anyone who has already made that change could tell me the voice which is to modify?

Do you have the right permissions in Windchill to modify objects in that context?
You will need RWM for tha product/library context that you want to rename the files in. If the files are released, you may only have R permissions. Your Windchill administrator should be able to help you rename objects.

If you are just trying to rename the number (not the filename or description), then I think you need to change a coding in the setup - it is definitely not a simple permissions change.

(Yes I have administrator permission to change the settings).

I managed to do it, even with some difficulty, the PTC support guided me but they had hard times too.
The solution was to change the xml file "rule.xml", I sent it to the PTC support and then they gave it back to me (I do not know exhactly what they did with it). It is strange because last year, in 2014, there was not such a problem...suddenly appeared.
