PTI Design of Post-Tensioned Slabs-on-Ground 4th edition RELEASE DATE

I am trying to determine what edition of the PTI design guide for Slab-on-ground foundations was applicable in January 2013. I have the 3rd edition handy which was printed in 2004 and 2005, but I do not currently have access to the newer editions (other than the 6th).

If you're referring to PTI DC10.1 then I believe the latest version is the 3rd Edition which was printed in 2004 and then printed again in 2005 and in 2008 with a Supplement (still 3rd Edition). The 4th edition has not been published to my knowledge.
