Puck criteria for Nastran

By chance, does any one knows how to obtain Puck parameters for carbon epoxy lamina especially

slope P12c of fracture envelop
slope P12T of fracture envelop
slope P23c of fracture envelop
slope P23T of fracture envelop

and other parameters as can be seen in Patran while defining failure criteria
