Pull off Test Acceptance Criteria

Dear Gents,

I would like to ask for the acceptance criteria of pull off testing using dolly (Hydraulic Adhesion Tester)? We have applied primer, intermediate and top coat after we conduct pull off test after 2 weeks. The result of the pull off test is 5 MPA. Is this acceptable?

What does the specification that mandated the testing require? If it does not explicitly state an acceptance criterion, either directly or by reference, then the result can only be for information. If guidance is being sought, then the requirement for a 350 micron, three coat system in ISO 20340 is 4 MPa.
