Pulley Design req'd for 36 x 68

Pulley Design needs to be verified before construction on 36 x 68 Pulley 7 15/16 Bearings on 81 1/2" CC

We use 1" TK Shell, 4 1/4" End Discs, 3 1/2" Stiffeners, 11" Shaft, Idler Pulley, not crowned, 3/4" Diamond Lagged. Minimum Load 40,000#, 720SFM
