pulley drive vibrational frequencies

I put this up in the gear forum but it didnt get much response, maybe here is better.

Does anyone have the link to a web calculator (or text reference with formulas as a second option) that calculates pulley belt drive frequencies based on each pulley dia, teeth #, and belt length? thanks.
