on a daily basis I come across pump units, booster sets; pressurisation units; sewage, and so on, but constantly come across the issue of requiring access codes to commission/service these. specifically grudfos impress units and aquatec booster sets.... does anyone here either have the codes and would be good enough to pass them on, or have any idea how to come by them? short of actually working for the above companies as they are certainly not interested in helping out due to obviously wishing for the required payment/long waiting time to have their own engineer attend site and deal with and requirement....

many thanks with any available assisstance with this annoying set back

Someone in house may have these already if you haven't already asked around. The vendor may have been instructed to provide codes to a handful of individuals only, and will not divulge the information to any other parties unless informed. My experience in the past is that access codes for control panels is kept under wraps for a reason in that too many individuals having the capability to change variables is not necessarily a good thing.
