Pump foundation proble related to piping problem

We have a pump foundation that to short in heigt (it is 200 mm height) and it cause a piping vibration and other problem like exessive nozzle loads. How do we have to handle a situation where poor of pump foundation height cause a piping vibration problem? Do we have to add an adjustable support, spring support or we have to use a flexible pump connector ?

Can you remove the pump, place high-strength non-shrink grout under the pump then place the pump back?
 
What is the pump base plate dimension, power rating, weight of motor and driver, flowrate and pipe diameters?

Please explain why you think the height of the pump foundation is the basis of your problem.
 
Is there some reason it is not practical to shim the pump up into alignment with the pipes? Then shim motor into alignment with pump? How much differernce in height are we talking?

The condition is like this:
We have Two tank with capacity of High speed diesel (HSD) 5000 KL, diameter 23.275 m and height 12.278 m. Elevation Grade/Ground around Tank is EL+ 0.7 m, and foundation tank is at EL +1.550 m, we planning to put CenterLine of Outlet Nozzle tank 339 m high from the foundation of tank. Elevation of Pump Room Ground is at El +1.000 m and the foundation have been build with size 1900 mm long, 1000 mm width and 200 mm in height (According to previously planning). But now the pump is purchase by our client is different from our first planning, they use centrifugal pump with capacity 150 m3/h with size of base plate 2145 mm long, 840mm width and 200 mm in height, and from they vendor drawing the pump foundation is 2345 long, 1115 mm width and 575 mm in height. Motor details is 30 KW with no.of Poles 2P&4P, Motor Frame sizeis 200 L. Number of stages is 1, impeller diameter 207 m, impeller diameter minimum 190 mm, maximum 235 mm, Machined ASME/Class 300 with casing split radial.
We only have problem with the height of the foundation, so i talk with the pump vendor and i said that maximum height of pump foundation that will fix with our tank nozzle is at 375 mm in height so i can put the CL of Tank nozzle 520 mm from tank foundation, but i worry about the vibration and exessive nozzle pump load.
So i think that is our situation, so can we use Flexible pump connector to handle the vibration or adjustable pipe support near pump suction nozzle and use pipe hanger at 5 diameter of pipe from elbow of line discharge to handle the exessive load? or is there any other way?

Flexible hose connections may keep your pipe from vibrating, but don't sound like they will solve the vibration of the pump.

I think it might be a good idea to find out why your pump is vibrating and try to effect repairs. If the pump is well maintained, it is possible that the foundation is simply too small. It should have a certain amount of mass, say 2.5 to 3 times the pump weight, to resist what should be normal pump vibratory movements. It should also have a certain amount of burial depth in the earth and have positive firm contact with compacted soil underneath. With a foundation of only 1900 X 1000 X 200 mm in height, against vendor foundation drawing of 2345 x 1115 x 575, you are well under half the recommended weight. I have always seen that vendor foundation recommendations are usually too light anyway. I also suspect that the 200 mm height of the foundation is not sufficient to achieve good burial depth and I suspect this foundation is not in contact with well compacted earth below. In fact, I would not be surprized to find that the pipe has rotated the pump foundation, maybe uplifting one side, and leaving only partial contact with the soil below.
