Can Any body help me, to find out pump head with the help of pressure gauges?

If there is difference in level of pressure gauges what correction factor we need to add?

Pressure / density = head

Pressure Correction factor = elevation difference x density

The caveman way would be pressure readings on outlet of pump and determination of corresponding flow rates on outlet of pump. Flow rates can be roughly determined knowing pump outlet diameter, and assuming the outlet of pump is horizontal determining the flow velocity by measuring the outlet height and the flow distance from pump outlet to impact point on the ground for the trajectory equation.

Can Any body tell in simple way - How to cross check the actual tonnage of a cooling tower installed already ?
