Hello, we are currently checking for the min. requirements for pump seal requirements. The pumps in our project are in these operating ranges:
[ul]
[li]Acetone: 90 wt% / T_op: ~10 °C / P_op: 6 barg[/li]
[li]Acetone: 80-100 wt% / T_op: 45 °C / P_op: 2 barg[/li]
[li]Acetone: 60-80 wt% / T_op: 100-120 °C / P_op: 3-5 barg[/li]
[li]Acetone: 20-60 wt% / T_op: ~60 °C / P_op: 3-5 barg[/li]
[/ul]

Which type of pump sealing for centrifugal pumps do you recommend? Or have to go for some pumps to sealless?

Recommended for you

Opt1 Double packing with constant washing by water of a chamber between them, washing fluid pressure shall be higher than that of liquid pumped.
Opt2 Single packing with a drip pan + local exhaust ventilation + constant supervision by a responsible worker

Contact a reputable seal manufacturer / supplier.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

Depends on the amount of soilds, but a mag pump seems like a good alternative. You dont want your boiling 80% acetone to leak too much
