I need to select the right pump for my filtration systems (MF, UF and NF), but I ignore the relation between the permeate flow rate desired and the feed flow rate needed.

Also it would help to know the feed flow distribution: what percentaje of the feed goes to the permeate and which one goes to the retentate.

Thanks.

Did you find the answer to this question? The membrane manufacturer/or the pilot runs should tell you what the operating conditions should be (ex. maximum possible recovery that will prolong fouling/scaling, transmembrane pressure) and you will have to size the pump accordingly.

hi, you could using joky pump and put backfeed branch after pump to control feeding to membrane
