Greetings

Can we have two different streams at different conditions ( temp, pressure ) at the inlet of pump and compressor or we have to mix it before the equipment's inlet.
And how do we mix two streams at different pressures, do we have to adjust the pressure of one according to/equal to the other ?
Thank You !!

In the same pipe at the same point like the inlet to the a pump or compressor there is only one pressure and one temperature.

So no is the answer to your first question.

The two inlets will become the same pressure and same temporaries at the point where they join together in a common pipe.

Did that help?

You need to sketch this out.
