Here´s my issued.
There are two Sulzer Pump that have a strange noise.
Vibratión is OK. I´ve alreday checked.
Aligment check. Excelent aligment.
we checked the torque of rear part of the pump, see document attached.
we checked the sucction line and discharge line. In the discharge line I checked the Check Valve and is ok.
The filter located suction line is clean.
These Pumps were working good, but I dont know what happend why now is ocurring this.
The first one
Q=170.3 m3/h
H= 56.3 m
rpm = 3570
P = 37 kW
the second one.
Q=170.3 m3/h
H= 75.3 m
rpm = 3545
P = 55 kW

You need to specify what the "noise" sounds like and preferably measure it.

You need to specify where on the pump curve that is current operating point, and if sound/noise changes with operating point.

More info = better answer!

Something has changed with the system, pumps that have been operating OK don't all of a sudden become noisy for no reason.

What has changed immediately prior to the noise starting, pumps taken out of service for maintenance, temperature change of product, electrical work undertaken (phase change) supply level changed.
Unlikely a pump problem more like system problem.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

Some thoughts for the clarification:
- Be helpful to pinpoint where is the noise from, either from pump, seal, bearing, motor, or the alignment of the coupling joint etc.

- As the pump are in service for some time, to verify if the actual pump flow or pressure were changed during the operation which inducing the noise.
