Push-pull flex cables in assembly

I have to move a slide plate in an assembly. I have done it via a bellcrank and linkage rods. However a push-pull cable (choke type cable/lawn mower throttle type) would be more better.

So if I have a hollow tube going around a couple of curves, how do I get the center wire to slide via moving one end and have the opposite end follow.

Nowdays almost all throttle cables on cars use this type of push-pull cable

Any ideas to move this configuration in the assy to see it work?

You don't need to actually slide the whole "cable" thru the "hollow tube"
At each end of the cable, you probably have a straight portion ... these portions are where you can apply changes in length for configurations.
Also, you can set up an equation or DT, to have one portion automatically adjust according to the change in length of the other, controlling portion.
