Following is a PV design summary as per ASME VIII Div 2 Part 5 "Design By Analysis" and API 6A.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Method: Elastic-Plastic Analysis
Material Model - De-rated True Stress Strain Curve (@ design temp) as per Annex 3.D
Loads: As per Table 5.1 and 5.5

For Design Condition
Global Criteria - FEA model was checked for plastic collapse at 2.4 x Design Pressure [Table 5.5]
Local Criteria - FEA Model was checked for limiting tri-axial strain at 1.7 x Design Pressure [para 5.3.3]

For Hydrotest Condition
Global Criteria - FEA model was checked for plastic collapse at 2.3 x Design Pressure [Table 5.5]
(conservatively, same de-rated material curve used as in Design Condition was also used for hydrotest conditon)
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

What are the additional requirements to comply with PED?

Any useful reference material would be appreciated.

For ASME, you need to evaluate ALL of the other failure modes. You've only addressed Protection Against Plastic Collapse.

And for Plastic Collapse, don't forget about all of the other load case combinations, too. Looks like you ate referring to Class 2 construction?
