PV elite modelling of internal nozzles whose internal projection extends to the opposite surface. 1

Hi experts,
I am finding it difficult in designing an internal nozzle with inside projection in Pvelite, which has some flanges in between and branch connections ( these all are happening inside the vessel) and also there is a support for those pipe run inside.
If any one could help it would be great.
