PVC SDR Design Tables

Could anyone point me to a good source for a Design Table that covers all the classes of PVC SDR pipes? I'm looking for something that might list Pipe Size, Pipe I.D., Pressure Rating, and SDR.

There is not one table that covers all of these items in your posting.
