PVC/UR Blend Film/Sheet

Can anyone identify a ~25 mil pvc/urethane blend material in a shore A grade?
It must be RF weldable and be able to contain some form of fire resistance.
I've found plenty of soft pvc's and good welding urethanes, but I need to find the balance of soft feel and elasticity with durability and weldability.
