I'm looking for a copy of Chester McDowell's original paper on the Potential Vertical Rise (PVR) method. McDowell was with the Texas Highway Department, and the paper dealt with the swell potential of compacted clay soils. Anyone have a copy of the original document that they would be willing to send to me? (I had a copy at one point, but it developed little legs and walked off.) If so, please post to this message -
