pls clarify, How to find heat treatment of pwht holding temperature and holding time?
in material sa-516 gr 70(NACE+ HIC)

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand

HIC + NACE material would require some extra holding temp and time apart from the minimum requirements of the ASME BPVC code. Usually these requirements are given in a client material Specification. Please demand these specs from your client / process licencor/ EPC Contractor.
