Hi,
If the plate,or forging material is ordered with PWHT simulation according UCS-85, how does it needs to be done i mean,
1- is supplier have to apply the PWHT parameters directly on material test coupon with out any welding involved ?
2- or supplier must perform some welding first on the test coupon for the same material, create HAZ and then perform PWHT ?
