Does the pipeline support in the attached picture need PWHT?
(The pipeline material is A335-P11)

I have referenced the contents of ASME331.1.3, but I don’t understand the measurement method mentioned in ASME B31.3 Fig.328.5.4D.
Is there any expert who can draw a more specific diagram?

All the diagrams etc you show are branch welding of process pipe.

What you have is fillet welding on the outer edge of the pipe.

See 321.3.2
Excerpt below seems to imply that if you need PWHT for the main pipe then you do for the support attachment welding. Not sure if you need PWHT for your pipe. Find that out first.

"Where postweld heat treatment of the piping is required by para. 331, welds for structural
attachments made directly to pressure-containing materials shall be postweld heat treated. Welds for structural
attachments not made directly to pressure-containing materials do not require postweld heat treatment."

Shouldn't that large thing to the right of the support at least have some temporary supports?

It's OK. That's the antigravity device itself.

--Einstein gave the same test to students every year. When asked why he would do something like that, "Because the answers had changed."

Just hazarding a guess here.
MT has been performed on all butt welds.
MT is usually done after PWHT.
No evidence of MT on the trunnion support welds.
It seems these been welded on after PWHT of the main pipe ?
I can see an " Oh shit !" moment coming.
