Python for Abaqus Resource

Does anyone have a recommended resource for learning Python specifically for Abaqus scripting? I've seen plenty of webpages for learning Python, but am looking for something more focused on its application in Abaqus. Links to books, webpages, or other resources would be greatly appreciated.
