Quebec snow load

Hi folks,

I work for a home builder in the US but we ship all over the world. We have a customer building in Orford, Quebec and there's been some difficulty discovering the ground snow load there. This leads to a two-part question:

1. Can anyone help me out with the ground snow load for Orford, Quebec, postal code J1X 6S3?

2. Are all the codes (national and provincial) being updated in November 2010, or just the national code?

Orford : Use the loads for St-Denis-de-Brompton located less than 15 km away, and roughly the same elevation.

Ss = 46.0 psf (ground snow load)
Sr = 12.53 psf (Rain Load)
Wind Pressure ( 1/50 years ) = 6.70 psf

Refer to the Canadian National Building Code 2005 part 4 if it is a commercial or farm building, or Part 9 if the building is considered residential. Follow the equation:

S = (Ss x Cb x Ca x Cs + Sr)I

All coefficients are explained. Make sure you have unbalanced loading case.
