Quench Oil Suppliers 1

I have need for a full service quench oil supplier. I am aware of Houghton--can anyone recommend a couple of others? I need someone that will make recommendations as to what grade of oil is best suited to the product configuration and chemistry being heat treated, as well as provide a periodic oil analysis and maintenance program.

I use Heatbath/Park Metallurgical and am pleased with their performance. They provide technical assistance as well as monthly testing on our oil and polymer quenchants, free of charge. You can contact their Metallurgist, Gajen Dubal at 313-895-7215 x161.
