Query about abaqus explicit analysis

Hello,
I am running a post-buckling analysis using the explicit solver.
In the history output, I requested the top reference node's reaction force and displacement at every 0.001 sec.

My query is:

While the analysis is running, should I get the output at every 0.001 sec? Or is the output written after 1 sec?

I can see in the job monitor that the job has run up to 0.02 sec, but ODB output is written only for frame 0.

Could you please clarify?

With such a setting this history output should be written every 0.001 s and at the end of the step. However, keep in mind that this applies only to the discussed history output, not to field output, among the others. Open the odb file and plot this history output to see if it’s written with the correct frequency.
