Hi,
I am looking for a high temperature Polyethylene (HDPE, UHMW, PEX, HDXLPE or other high hydrogen containing material).
4.55” OD x 3.90” ID or ~0.325 thick (could be extruded, made with "welded" sheet or machined from bar)
Will be used in a vertical orientation.
Non-structural static application (needs only to support its own weight and NO differential pressure)
Environment: Dry Nitrogen at 1 Atm, contained within a titanium or aluminum tube.
Temperature: Normal: 120°F
Abnormal 260°F (127°C) for up to 35 days
Cracking / Splitting is allowed
Any color
I would greatly appreciate any input on any material satisfying the above conditions?
