Ansys reference materials list the eblock command as having the following format
EBLOCK,NUM_NODES, SOLKEY
then the formatted element list

Even showing examples with this format

But the input file exported from workbench has the following format
EBLOCK,NUM_NODES, SOLKEY, X

Where "X" is some number. What is this number? The attached graphic shows the Ansys command reference on the left and my input file on right.

Hi Chris,

My exported input file (v17.1) looks a bit different:
Code:
/wb,elem,start ! set before creation of elements
/com,*********** Elements for Body 1 "13702-00011" ***********
et,1,187
eblock,19,solid,,12875
(19i9)

My 12875 appears to be the number of elements I have in Body 1.

Best regards,
Sze Kwan (Jason) Cheah
