Question about export

Hi,

My company works with NX and Teamcenter. We give permissions to another external companies to work with our items (read,write,...).

In Teamcenter I give permission with this order:

update_project_bom ...........-projects=COMPANY_1,COMPANY_2.....

I give a lot of permissions every day and the main idea is give to the other companies FULL ACCESS to our work, but FORBID the option of EXPORT items. This is because we dont want they stole our work. This are the ideas I want:

-Forbid the option of export any item in NX, or via commandline in NX (and in Teamcenter too)
-Optional: Log who attends to export one item.

Is this possible to do?

Hi.

I would have a look at the "Intelectual Property Protection" in NX Customer defaults - Teamcenter Integration for NX - Miscellaneous.
You can specify restrictions for all types of export. Depending on your ADA (Authorized Data Access)settings in Teamcenter of course.
