Before I begin to build my part I forget to change the working directory. When my part is completed and I go to save the file to a different folder then the working directory with a different name it tells me

"does not exist in the current session."

So I currently I am saving the file to the working directory and with the default name and then through windows explorer I move the file to the proper directory.

Any help or suggestions on this topic?

That's what I do if I forget to set it. Not much that's easier anyway.

David - You will someday run into big trouble, using windows to manage ProE workspace files. You are better off backing up to the correct workspace. The best rule is to never work files outside of pro mostly because of the likelyhood of missing some kind of dependence and ending up with a non-functioning file. Take the time to set things properly before you start because anything else becomes a high-risk shortcut to trouble.
