Question Nastran viscoelasticity with memory

I would like to perform an analysis (free response) using a viscoelastic with memory model.
Is it possible with Nastran ? I have a structure with solid finite elements with 8 nodes.
If I understand well, I should use MATVE for the definition of material properties ?
I would like to define Young Modulus and Relaxation time ?
Where can I find some Nastran documentation on it ?
