I am going to simulate the vibration properties of a steel frame which is induced by an impact load. When I define the time history and start the analysis process, there is a error due to "function time increment is too small".

What is the meaning of " time increment"?
Is the duration of applied force? or the time interval of my data?
Can anyone help me to solve the problem?
