Hi gang, I'm working in wildfire 2. I have a problem. In 2001 it was possible to create a quilt (create, surface, copy, select solid part) and then a quilt is created over the completed solid. The goals are this, create a quilt over solid, then mirror quilt, then create a solid from the quilt. I have tried the edit, feature operations, and mirror the ENTIRE part, datums, copied external reference, etc. but when update or regeneration are done it what to fail on the mirror geometry. Can someone help me out.

Select a solid face, RMB > Solid Surfs, then Copy & Paste.

I tried your what you mentioned earlier. I don't know if PRo/e build m160 has a problem. when I select the solid use the "smart" the feature select is hightlited, ex. (variable section sweep) I right mouse button and these are my selections (next, previous, prick from leist, delete, group, suppress, rename, edit, edit definition, edit references, setup note, info, edit parameters). If I select the window where the "smart" shows, the selections are (smart, features, geometry, datum, quits, annotations). Does this help.
thanks for your reply

You were one click away.

When you select the solid surface, it should highlight pink. You've chosen the feature, so pick again and it should highlight. Then RMB and pick the solid surfaces.

thanks again - have a beer (a tall cold one) on me.
