A building with perimeter columns move in 4.5' from the edge of the building, is it to avoid removing the coulmns to satisfy the GSA progressive collapse guidelines? That is, if the perimeter columns are moved 4.5' or more inside the edge of the building there is no need to do the GSA progressive collaps analysis?
