I am working in a tubing industry and one of the nde tests we perform is a hydrostatic test at a percentage of the tubings burst pressure. The tubing is filled with water and then pressurized with a compressor. We are currently using an analouge pressure gauge with a rotating chart to plot the pressures introduced to the tubing. These are very high pressures, as much as 15,000 PSI. We have began looking to move to an electrical/digital recording for the pressure using a pressure transducer and a digital pen recorder. The pressure will be measured extenal to the tubing on the compressor end of the system. I was hoping someone would have information as to what should be looked for in this type of equipement.

Thank you for you help.
