I am getting question mark image at sheet name. Anyone could you please explain me why It's coming

OK, what this indicates is that some part that was included in the Drawing is not currently Open and so, as it relates to the 'question mark' in front of the 'sheet' name, since it doesn't find the part, for whatever reason, the system is simply indicating that it doesn't know the actual status of the Drawing, period. It does flag it as out-of-date, just in case, but that's about it.

Now as for the 'question marks' in front of the Drawing 'views', that indicates that not only is the part not open, but that there is an indication that the part has been changed since the last time the Drawing was saved. Note that in regular NX (with/out Teamcenter) all that the system can do is check the date that the part(s) were last saved versus the Drawing. If these timestamps are the same, there will be NO 'question marks' in front of the 'view' names, only the 'sheet' name. However, if the parts are BOTH unloaded AND shows a newer last-saved date than the Drawing, then you will see a 'question marks' in front of all of the relevant 'view' names as well.

At this point I would switch to the Assembly Navigator and see which parts are not open. If there are any that are indicated as not being open, open them and recheck the Part navigator. Now you should no longer see any 'question marks', but the 'sheet' and 'views' may still be flagged as 'out-of-date'. This is indicated by the 'question marks' having been replaced by little 'clock' icons, and if you have also enabled the 'Up to Date' column, it will have red 'X' marks indicating the they are NOT 'Up to Date'.
