I am looking for a way to quickly connect/disconnect a 2" or 3" flex hose from an industrial burner. Natural gas supply line, operating pressure 20# / design pressure 100#. Does a quick connect exist that assures no leaks and can prove closed to BMS? Thanks!

Check TODO couplings, maybe there is something for You

Thanks for the response. I spoke to TODO awhile back, but they said it is not for natural gas. I don't need the dry-break system where the coupling seals, as I can vent the line upstream of the coupling. Just need a quick disconnect that will be a sure seal in service.

I had not. That looks like a good candidate, thanks.

3" flex hose is a lot of gas that remains as a hazard inside the hose: Seems to me you want a permanent valve to isolate the nat gas first.
Then, close to that valve outlet, a small air line to purge the pipe and flax hose once isolated.
Then, the pipe running to the flax hose
Then, the flex hose itself
Then the QD flange or fitting.

Sequence: Shut the nat gas supply valve, open the purge line to clear the nat gas out of the line, shut off the purge air, open the QD flange and disconnect the flax hose.
