"Grounding balls"

We have a European customer (we're in Canada) who is asking for "grounding balls" on terminals in equipment rated 11 and 35 kV. These are for connection of grounding kits used during service. Has anyone heard of these? And if so, can you direct me to a standard that defines what they should be?

Probably a grounding stud to be connected to tubular bus for attaching a temporary grounding set. See

Look at the AB Chance Grounding stud - I've seen this used in US on switchgear at the cable connections for incoming or outgoing cable.
