Hello
I should track the progress of some resource, gathering their "Actual Work" to be charged in the "Resource Usage".
As they don't have and/or don't know MS Project, I thought to extract an Execel File just like this View and spread it.
Unfortunately I didn't figured out how to do this: any suggestion?

For Instance: the report "Who Does What When" doesn't show both resources and tasks. Furthermore it is only on paper (or PDF) and it seems not possibile to export into Excel.
Similar situation the "Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel..." export feature.
Thanks!
Marco

I hope I'm not over-simplifying this, but under the drop-down menus go to "File" then "Save As". Change the file type to "Microsoft Excel Workbook". When it asks, select "New Map", then pick what type of information you want in the spreadsheet. You can then choose the specific fields you want in the spreadsheet.
