"simple" BOM header question

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how to delete the configuration specific header portion in the BOM right beside the QTY? I can manually delete it.....but I was wondering how/where-from the configuration name (in my case called "closed") gets pulled over and if there is a check-box to turn this off?

Comes from your BOM template. Looks like a property hyperlink. Edit your BOM template.

Click on your BOM. In the BOM manager under BOM type, unclick Top-level only (this is what adds that heading), Under Configurations, make sure you've pick the one your working with. Under Part Configuration Grouping, try Display all configurations.... You may have to play around to get it to display the way you want. Sylvia
