Fairly simple part, made from several extrusions (several features extruded one on the top of the previous one)

Tried to do my first COSMOS analysis and got a message:

Failed Faces (0)
Failed Edges (0)

Surface mesh successful.
Volume mesh failed
Try the following:
- Reduce element size
(<1.5852 in)

What does it mean ???

Sounds like you have some model feature that prevents the volume mesh size of 1.5852 inches from completing. Usually this means you have a thin feature somewhere (thinner than 1.58in). Try changing the mesh size to be below the thinest section in your component.
