In ASME IX, QW-163, does that interpret as one single
discontinuity exceeding 1/8", and not a collection of discontinuities (say five 1/16" discont.)exceeding 1/8".
So in other words, the bend specimen can have many discontinuities as long as no single one exceeds 1/8".
