QW 193 Tubesheet Mockup

QW 193 begins with ' When the applicable Code section requires the use of this paragraph...'

I've reviewed UHX and UG 20 without finding a reference to QW 193. Does anyone know which paragraph, if any, in Sec VIII requires a tube sheet mockup and testing per QW 193?

Found it. Par 6.3.4 in Div 2.

and.... customer engineering specifications that rely on QW 193 in Section IX. We use this all the time for new FWH tubesheet fabrication.
